INTERVIEW
This panel interview begins and ends with a prayer, exploring the applicant's background, values, and commitment to service. A three-person panel evaluates the applicant across seven core areas, including motivation, emotional maturity, and faith.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION
Submit your accomplished printed form at the SACSI Office and plot your desired interview schedule at the given schedule sheet.
ESSAY
Applicants then have 15 minutes (5 minutes per question) to handwrite responses to three personal essay questions. Only ballpoint pens are allowed, and the use of digital devices is prohibited to ensure focused reflection.
DELIBERATION
After a brief orientation, tenured SACSI volunteers enter a rigorous period of discernment, reviewing and discussing each applicant's form, interview results, and overall performance before making the final selection.
